I would like to first inform you that this is not a major corporation. BTS is completely managed, operated, and funded by one person. After nearly 12 years of computer experience and working for various telecommunications service centers; I have found there is a serious need for affordable, and personable assistance in the maze of making the computer do what you want it to. In short, I have felt your pain.
The internet has become a very risky place and there are many of those that prey on people that just want to utilize the information available. We provide you, the home user, with a solution that will be affordable. We realize you can't make the money if you can't work because the computer is not performing as it should. The majority of your time is used trouble shooting the computer instead of using it.
